Slatecraft is a unique collection by Amilie Designs of sentimental & inspirational artwork on slate; designed & made in Galway, Ireland.
Each piece is unique due to the natural qualities and variations in the slate. Individually hand cut and moulded clay is also used in the designs. They are also hand painted and signed by the artist - Fiona Cahill.
Traditional print design is fused with modern processes to create simple yet poignant artworks on slate.

The color is as dIEcribed. The size is a but on the small end. As an ornamental sweater - it would work. If one is buying this sweater for warmth - think again. The sweater is not a tight knit at all. ThIE item replaced a similar sweater purchased 15 years ago. The new sweater seems to have more holIE than it doIE wool, not at all the case with the old sweater. If the sweater ran more true to size - i would consider intentionally shrinking it to tighten the knot and remove the gaps. Runs a bit small - so that is not an option if my hIEband is going to wear it. Disappointing to say the least!
